Public and
private managers of complex organizations often face serious problems, even crises
caused by ethics lapses within their organizations. Ethics
Management International (EMI) offers guidance and consulting to identify and mitigate
circumstances and conditions that can result in organizational stress when
members of the organization are ethically challenged. Sound ethics management
can prevent crisis conditions from arising and resolve a crisis once it has
taken hold.
Our Mission
To build organizations of integrity . . . prudent organizational leaders are
prepared to invest in sound ethics management practices.
